Cleanliness - the hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Hotel Facilities - they had a variety of amenities, including a pool and gym. Location - it was conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. Staff - the staff was friendly and helpful.

Located in a heritage building, the hotel offers a charming ambiance for a business trip. the staff was friendly and gave me a warm welcome. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that the hotel provided a shuttle service to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The room I stayed in could have used some maintenance. the bathroom was not very clean and there were some broken fixtures.

The location of the hotel was beautiful with lush gardens and a veranda overlooking the surroundings. the staff tried their best to provide good service and were accommodating when we decided to check out early. the hotel had a historic charm to it, which added to the overall experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, with old beds, torn towels, and ants everywhere.

Located in the amazing historical area of West Sumatera, this hotel offers an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay, making my holiday even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, providing me with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel's restaurant served some delicious local dishes that I couldn't get enough of.
